Le sigh.

It's stupid to get kinda bummed over stuff that I know has nothing to do with me personally...oh, well, I'll get through it. ;) In other news, Val and I got off to a good start with our apartment hunt. The one we looked at is quiet, really pretty, fairly spacious, and decently priced. The only bad is that it's probably a 12-month lease, so we'd have to sublease during the summer. Do any of you people out there in lj-land have any experience with this? We'll keep looking, of course, but it's good to know in case we decide to go for it.

Pop culture tonight was not as full of stupidness as usual, but that's because we watched a video and the prof didn't talk much. When she did talk, it was full of stupidness. She kept questioning my assertion that the attachment she sent didn't work--lady, I don't care how you word it, it absolutely did not work. I was not imagining it. Arrgh. On the plus side, I got 6 or so hours in at work. Work = money = paying bills = maybe a PS2 someday. *_* Heart heart, as Kiri would say.

Hooked the scanner up and used it for the first time tonight. Whee! Will upload the fanart I commissioned at Ohayocon later. That's all I got scanned, because mt computer started farting and decided to pretend it didn't have a scanner attached. Someone kick my ass and make me reformat and install XP, or even 98 over again.

Hrrm...sleepy now. Anything interesting can wait until tomorrow.
