Brief recap
May. 11th, 2003 12:43 amToday I unpacked. Then I unpacked some more. And then just for variation, I unpacked. I swear, college luggage is like one of those clown cars. More springs out than could possibly fit in.
Josh and Travis and I went to see Cowboy Bebop at the Drexel Grandview. Sw33t! I'd already seen most of the movie, so I was more anxious to see how the dub worked with it. Like the series, it was excellent. And sad little Trigun fangirl that I am, I was also amused to hear Milly (Big Shot girl) and Max Simon (some reporter or scientist, I don't remember). As I commented to Josh, "With this movie an entirely new citizenship learns to wank off to Faye Valentine.) God, her outfit is retarded. Unpossible body type aside, it is just really unattractive.
Tomorrow I hope to try networking the computers so I can use mine for internetting. First I need to bring up the subject of the cable with them. We have to run the ethernet cord out windows to network, and they took it down over the winter because of insulation issues, which was fine with me. But I can't find the cord. I hope they see the logic that if it cannot be found and they can't remember where they put it, they should pay me back for the new one. *crosses fingers*
Tuesday night has been designated Matrix night. Travis is the manager at the Easton AMC Theatre, so Josh and I are going to the screening of the new film. I feel like I should be a more rabid fan to deserve this opportunity. I think I shall definitely watch the borrowed DVD of the first film, which I have never seen.
Blah. I am full of popcorn and Reesse's Pieces. Off to bed now, and possibly hurling.
