My mom says that while donating blood is always good, us being here isn't going to help the people in other states that need it now.

Yeah, but they're gonna run out pretty damn quick...sigh. I just wish I could do something to help.

well, they're asking people here in canada to donate.

so, i'm guessing that if you're in another state, it's probably a good idea to do so. they can always ship it in on a refrigerated truck or something...
