Me thinks Yachiru would keep trying to decorate Ikkaku, at his extreme discomfort. And trying to put tinsel in Byakuyas hair....Urahara would have some spiked candy canes that do god knows what...Soi Fong would be systematically destroying all snowmen, but secretely making Yorichi snow angels/sculptures behind devision head quarters.
