Me thinks Yachiru would keep trying to decorate Ikkaku, at his extreme discomfort. And trying to put tinsel in Byakuyas hair....Urahara would have some spiked candy canes that do god knows what...Soi Fong would be systematically destroying all snowmen, but secretely making Yorichi snow angels/sculptures behind devision head quarters.

Ah, this would be so fun. I'm picturing Shunsui running around with mistletoe dangling from his hat - with everyone trying to avoid him. The thought of Santa being chased down by Hollows makes me giggle for some reason. ;)
