Fellow Netflixers, help me out
Is there ANY way to find out why the hell my rentals are taking so long to get here? I realize that high-volume users have longer wait times on the more popular stuff, but there's no reason why an unpopular movie I sent back LAST Monday results in another unpopular next rental sent yesterday, due to arrive this THURSDAY. Especially when the other people who share this account aren't having the same problem with their queues, DOUBLE especially when a movie from the other queue that was also sent out yesterday is due to arrive today. WTF?
