Fellow Netflixers, help me out

Is there ANY way to find out why the hell my rentals are taking so long to get here? I realize that high-volume users have longer wait times on the more popular stuff, but there's no reason why an unpopular movie I sent back LAST Monday results in another unpopular next rental sent yesterday, due to arrive this THURSDAY. Especially when the other people who share this account aren't having the same problem with their queues, DOUBLE especially when a movie from the other queue that was also sent out yesterday is due to arrive today. WTF?

Most Netflix users I know finding that problem reregister under a different name so that wait times magically go away.

Are these people facing problems of 'short/ long wait' as listed on their queues, or just magically looooong mailing times? I was under the impression that high volume users just saw more "you'll have to wait this long for X movie" notices than other people.

I don't know anything about the mail times, I've never asked. Are you checking the postmarks on them? Any chance they're 'disguising' the date they actually post? I guess if it's the mail service, there's nothing you can blame Netflix for.
