Ukitake it is. I snagged the meme from someone who was mostly doing RP characters, but as I don't have such a wide variety of characters I've played...

♠ OTP for them: I...none, really? Wait, I take that back. Ukitake+Rukia derpy parental relationship. It's a pairing, just a non-romantic one. I love him in daddy mode.
♠ Runner-up pairing: Kyouraku/Ukitake. This gets runner up because I like it just fine but don't urgently ship it—I'm also satisfied with them as the oldest lifelong BFFs ever.
♠ Honorable mention(s): None really.
♠ Crack/Non Canon pairing(s): Byakuya/Ukitake. Pairing of the beautiful silken locks.
♠ Ship everyone else seems to like, but I don't: Ukitake/Unohana. I know there's the doctor/patient thing to play with, but other than that it just feels like people pair them because they're the Dad and Mom of the Gotei 13. Which is fine—I've shipped people for stupider reasons—but it doesn't interest me.

♠ OTP for them: Renji/Rukia. Just because it's not my #1 OTP for the fandom doesn't mean it isn't very :9
♠ Runner-up pairing: Renji/Orihime or Renji/Ichigo, even though I don't think I've ever read a fic for the latter that I thought was good.
♠ Honorable mention(s): Renji/Ichigo/Rukia. I have reservations, because 99% of the time I see it done, it's as some kind of I/R & R/R compromise and threesomes don't work because they're compromises but when it's done right? It's SO right.
♠ Crack/Non Canon pairing(s): Renji/Matsumoto. They just seem like they could be good for each other.
♠ Ship everyone else seems to like, but I don't: Renji/Byakuya. LOL no.
