So!

1) Who's going to Otakon?
1b) Who might have room for a stray person Friday and Saturday nights? (I might have a group willing to put me up but they're staying at the house of a friend of theirs and I don't want them to feel like they're my only option if the friend is like "ehh...")

2) Who wants to hang out there?

I haven't completely made up my mind, but I'm considering driving down on Friday after work. (In weekend traffic...shoot me now.)

I'm in a room with Rak and some of his friends, and if you don't find a place to stay, I can ask him, if you like. A friend of mine who was going to go can't because she has bosses who are threatening to fire everyone, even management and their most trained employees, so there's probably a little space.

I want to hang out! I can potentially offer space. We're in the Hilton, right now it's just Brian, his younger brother and I. We may have one person staying with us, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. If you want to stay a night with us that's cool, but we're keeping it low-key since my BiL is only 14. No more cramming 9 people into a room for us :)

Ooh, let me know. Original potential space just fell through, so it'd depend if I could find crash space for two nights. (And on whether a 4 hour drive on a Friday when everyone's going to the shore doesn't scare me off.) And yeah, SO over the huge party atmosphere at con hotels.
