A good way to get me to buy an extended factory warranty on my car is to NOT act all offended when I ask for some written material and inform you I'm not committing to anything during this unexpected phone call, and then ask if I am calling them liars. That is when I hang up.

Okay, good. Yay my instincts! It would actually be plausible if the dealership or their rep or something were calling me, but when you give me the "it's now or never!!!!!" sales pitch, I pick "never."
