Quick update
Okay, me lovelies, as you might or might not know, I'm in Colorado right now--posting quickly from Aspen's apartment. Fest is finished, sadly enough, but morp has begun! Susan, Mike, Emma and I are driving to Salt Lake City tonight to meet with Loa and Jenna and the others. Eight hours--oy. But I don't care.
Because I am having the TIME OF MY LIFE. Hoooooo! Fest is so goddamn fun. I achieved my goal of spending time with people I didn't get as much time with last year, and bonds were formed and strengthened. I also took maaaaaaaany pictures so far--I'll post the addy when I get home and get them developed and scanned.
Yes, including the one of my shaking my booty on the kitchen counter.
No, I'm not kidding.
According to Reade, we got all Moulin-Rouge'd for Buffy night, and she is so right. We were FUCKING SEXY! I am just so glad to be with these people right now. There are good real life friends, and then there are fun internet acquaintances. The other HoEs may keep in contact by the net, but we are true friends for life, too. Being with them is so good for me. And so fun--we make the most of our time together. It's like all the stupid and negative parts of the world just drop away when we're together. I don't want to neener, but it's just so blissfully wonderful. Char, it will be the SAME when we come visit you!
Just about time to go; Val, I'll e you as soon as I get home and sleep off the time difference. Back to the big ball o' wrong fun now.
Oh, and our "perky as fuck" cheerleading routine for Cabaret night was fun. I was a flier.
