Excellent work! I keep trying to tell people they need to read those books. Some of them even listen. They are really terrific books. I can hardly wait until the next one comes out.

What's it about? I'm horribly anal about good fic and part of the reason I love HP so much is JK Rowling's writing style, so I've never been interested in HP fanfic...but if it's *that* good, I might try it.

Lori's "Paradigm of Uncertainty" is about a grown-up Harry and Hermione and their other roomates, with Harry working as a spy in the wizarding world. There are fifteen chapters, and each one gets consecutively better. Lori is also in the process of writing a sequel, "The Show That Never Ends." I agree, JK Rowling does have a wonderful style. Lori's style is different (much older and darker), and I think that is partly what makes her stories so good; she doesn't try to imitate JK Rowling, she just uses the author's characters and places them in her own situations. It is very good and I recommend it to all.
