JAINA: *turns back, goes home, goes back to sleep, gets up a while later to maybe go to regular work*

OFFICE VOICEMAIL: *claims office is open*

JAINA: *calls editor*

JAINA: *reluctantly goes to work through crappy roads*

EDITOR: *sends text cheerfully proclaiming it a snow day and all should stay home*

JAINA: *sets things on fucking fire*

EDIT: Home now! Yay.

Is your car all right?

Well, at least you got a snow day. We didn't even get a delayed opening, and we were supposed to have group meeting this morning so I got in on time, and then my boss wanders in 15 minutes after start time and says "Meeting cancelled!"

My car RULES. It was a good little car and behaved like a trooper, even up that big ass hill by my road. And then I came home and took a three-hour nap. I missed free pizza at work, but...NAP!
