Goodbye more moneys! Though nothiing close to the car bill. *shudders* Y'see...mostly I can control my buying habits as far as action figures and such go. (Or inaction figures, as most Japanese ones are.) But the Bleach figures...homan, I am boned as far as they go. They just look so COOL. The sculpting is nice, they pick good poses, and they're in scale to each other for the most part, so despite their blindbox status, I cannot resist.

(Yes, I know you can already buy Ichigo and Rukia domestically NOT blindboxed. But they're releasing the figures slowly, and I think out of order. If I remember correctly, Renji and Byakuya are coming this spring, and they're not even from the same series. I CAN'T WAIT.)

I thought I was okay. You see, I kinda...ran out of figures to get. I have all of series 1, and of series 2 and 3, I'm only missing figures that are virtual duplicates of each other--series 2 (or 3, I forget) Hitsugaya looks extremely similar to the first version, and I prefer the Swooshie Coat Bankai Ichigo I have to the More Restrained Coat Bankai Ichigo I don't have--or they're alternates of the same figure, like Aizen with nerd glasses instead of Aizen with hair gel. The bodies are the same. So while I don't have EVERY figure released, I had virtually all of them. And I was content.

But today I walked into Kinokuniya at lunch and saw a sight both great and terrible.

Bleach. Series. 4.

Sigh.

(In case you're wondering, I got Kira. Also in the set are ANOTHER Bankai Ichigo, Bankai Ichigo with 3/4 Hollow mask, Hisagi and Bankai Hitsugaya. Yes, I will be buying more. Don't judge me.)

Ha. I'm afraid to put Kira near my Gin figure for fear he's gonna get raped.

They are SO PRETTY, I swear. My current figure assortment is *deep breath* Shirayuki!Ichigo, Poofy Coat Bankai!Ichigo, Poofy Coat Bankai! Ichigo with Hollow mask, Kira, Nerd Aizen, Hitsugaya, Gin, Flowy Hair!Renji, Captain!Urahara, Shinigami!Orihime, Byakuya, and Rukia.

Gin-figure would totally rape Kira-figure. That's why you need Hisagi-figure to go between them so there is no rape.

Ooooooh!! I have a few of the smaller gashapons but one of my pals went on a massive figure-buying binge at last year's Sakuracon. We had a sweet little lineup of shinigami running around the hotel room.

This will keep me from buying doujinshi! Well, except K.Haruka. I'll always buy those.

Niiiice....you have so many pretteries. I seriously live in a Bleach!action figure/inaction figure black hole. Me thinks all the anime dorks here either go to the School of Mines and Techology or are in hiding.

Oh..have you seen the new NONFILLER episodes of Bleach lately?....Because next episodes seems like I shall have to get ready to fangirl my tiny taichou. That and its possible that Ishida may randomly strip again and amuse me. *is still snickering about that*

Yeah, I'm caught up on them! Could not resist Isshinigami. There is still some filler bullshit but overall I am MUCH happier.

Isshin has reasserted his badassery nicely. Yeah...Honestly I wish they would get rid of the bounto dolls (even though I do like Nova). But hey, we get Urliquorra(sp?) soon. And that means Lord and Master Aizen is out there somewhere.

My thoughts when Ishida went all stripper were "Whoah there!....We hardly know each other"...after which I laughed hard. And despite Ryuuken being a flaming ass...I still like him.

Much happier as well. I had missed bleach so, having taken a hiatus during the fillers.
