i'm watching the anime, up to ep 95... i dont know how that correlates with the manga!

All the stuff that happens in the anime after they return from Soul Society is filler--basically, it "doesn't count" in terms of overall character growth and where the story is ultimately going. Ulquiorra *points up* is a character from the next manga arc. A lot of people get frustrated with the filler episodes because there are so many good things to come in the manga--myself included at times--but personally I'm enjoying the random dorkiness and eye candy the fillers hold.
