For truth, justice, hard-boiled eggs and reasonably priced love

The People's Republic of Treacle Mine Road had the Glorious Revolution of the 25th of May, in which Keel's Lilac Lads fought for Freedom, Truth, Justice, Reasonably Priced Love, and a Hard Boiled Egg. (Also, they fought to avoid dying, and because it seemed the right thing to do at the time.)

All the little angels rise up, rise up,
all the little angels rise up high!
How do they rise up, rise up, rise up,
How do they rise up, rise up high?

They rise heads up, heads up, heads up, they rise heads up, heads up high!

All the little angels rise up, rise up,
All the little angels rise up high!
How do they rise up, rise up, rise up,
How do they rise up, rise up high?

They rise knees up, knees up, knees up, they rise knees up, knees up high!

All the little angels rise up, rise up,
All the little angels rise up high!
How do they rise up, rise up, rise up,
How do they rise up, rise up high?

They rise feet up, feet up, feet up, they rise feet up, feet up high!

All the little angels rise up, rise up,
All the little angels rise up high!

*waves her towel*

What? My library had two Discworld books, but the complete Douglas Adams collection. I think it's kinda obvious which ones I ended up reading. (It's kinda hard to read the books that don't physically exist.)

Not if you know how to manipulate L-Space.

Damn me for not being a librarian.

I knew I left one of those things out. :)

Wasn't there some silly wank over this reported on F_W?

Yeah. Apparently wearing the lilac and such is disrespectful and lame because we weren't really there. At a fictional revolution.

I wasn't there, so I have no lilac, but I salute the Glorious 25th! Reasonably priced love (and boiled eggs) for all!
