Um, don't these people realize that Viz is probably going to be putting out *dual-language* DVDs, and they don't have to touch the dub at all? It's not like we're back in Ye Oldene Dayes of the Sailor Moon fandom, where we had *nothing* but DiC's dub -- DiC had some *very* active lawyers that made getting one's hands on fansubs of the first season Damn Near Impossible for years.
