Pre-emptive spoiler warning: So far, I don't think there are any spoilers in the actual posts, but there is one in the info. Anyway. Check out division15, a fic `verse written shared by three (I think three) people where Kurosaki Ichigo has died in the stupidest way imaginable and moved on to Soul Society, where a once-disbanded division has been revived. He's the new captain, Rukia is his vice, and most of the squads are n00b shinigami who enjoy spreading rumors about their superiors a little too much. If nothing else, be sure to check out the hysterically funny list of things Skippy--a most troublesome shinigami--is no longer allowed to do. (For those who've read it, yes, it's a parody of what you're thinking of.)

Posts are not in chronological order so far, but there is a certain organization. Best to just start with the first and read and laugh--there's not too much to catch up to yet.
