Original fic:
A bunch of muffins at an outdoor baker's cart near the street are splashed when the same ooze as the teenage mutant ninja turtles when a tanker truck has an accident nearby. The baker is kind of seedy so he passes the ooze of as icing and marks the muffins down. The muffins spend the next half hour pondering existentialism and the nature of self before they're bought by a legally blind grandmother and promptly consumed. The end!

A Mary Sue, probably.

Oh right, it's a fic of mine. I would probably never write this anyway b/c it's a lot like a friend's fic idea, but what springs to mind is a younger, pre-bounty Vash wandering among humans and trying to be sort of normal-ish. He meets a girl he likes and tries to be all romantic, but she's already more cynical than he is (and hey, maybe she'd turn out to be a hooker.) Basically his first time, something that should be sweet but would probably turn out to be really depressing.

So it could be a Mary Sue fic, but a challenge is always good. Hypothetically.
