Things that drive my son nuts. Right there.
Well that and the whole pronouciation of Naruto.

You know - it's too bad we're not closer together - my kiddo would think you were the coolest adult evah. Alas - I can only pass along second hand Jaina stories. But you have to remember this child has been watching Anime since he was 3. THREE. Because at the age of three he started with Sailor Moon, and has never looked back.

Heh. Ironically? My boss at work calls it "NaROOTo" too.

I wish I could come be fawned upon! God knows it's one of the only ways i could ever be considered that cool XD He started on Sailor Moon? That's adorable. I should see if I can get him some free swag sometime.

The first time I said NaROOTo I got told. Soundly. I can't even phonetically write out how he pronounced it...NARTO is the closest I can get I guess?

At about 5 I had to find him Sailor Moon action figures - which he still has but doesn't tell his friends about. Now he's all One Piece (mostly the manga - not so much the show because they changed it), Naruto, InuYasha, and heaven help us all if his Shonen Jump is late arriving. Other children were excited about going to the Magic Kingdom when we went to Disney World this summer - he was excited about going to Japan in Epcot. He spent more money in their department store than anywhere else :P

And just knowing Anime and Manga makes you coolest Adult EVAH. Swag might cause him to want you to adopt him - but darlin, if you ever get any, it's a chance I'm willing to take :P
