We're going to play a game of Superheros where the characters are the children of superheros. Before I decided to create the gay couple of IceMan and the Human Torch and their adopted daughter, I was going to do Jean Gray/Wolverine to write the story the way it should have been.
That's adorable XD I also like Jean with Gambit--I know, it sounds nutty, but it's based on a really awesome fic series. But Gambit or Wolvie would BOTH be better. I hate that they made Cyclops That Guy.
Heh, yes. He did some dicky things back then, but to be fair, she wasn't exactly blameless. She was already manipulating him telepathically before he left her. (Not that that's an excuse--I don't think she made him be an ass or anything.) He also copped to said dickish things and remained a non-dick for quite some time thereafter.
Yes, still, but it's a totally different brand of dick than what he is now. At least back then he didn't try to make excuses for his behavior or blame it on Madelyne.
I'm not either for the most part. Astonishing X-Men (on hold now but slated to return) was actually quite good, despite Cyclops' presence. The rest I'm still meh on.
