Here we are now going to the oblique side
For some reason I have Moby's South Side stuck in my head a lot lately. I like the version Val sent me better than the one they play on the radio, Moby isn't so drowned out by Gwen Stefani's vocals.
Working on el paper de astronomy. Friend X is too, but it's going a lot better for me because I got the books and did the research and then slacked off instead of slacking the whole time and whining about it now. This is an easy paper after all the english things I've written. It's lovely not to have to have an opinion. The only reason I'm still awake and writing now is procrastination, not difficulty.
I love diversity in my playlist. What radio station has Mahler's 6th Symphony, Moby, and Moon Revenge on it?.....yeah, thought so.
Random thought of the moment...I'd like to throw some of the immature babies from the smrff (or smurf) list into CFAN land and see how long they list. The comics fandom is not a cruel one, but it seems to have a lot more maturity, or immaturity of a different sort. Negativity does NOT equal flames, you know? Some people are silly enough that they can't remember that.
Because I just thought of it--Hey, Giller, what dorm are you in? We should get together sometime, yap about anime and rpgs and general geekery and then my pretty blue FFIX chocobo can show you his knowledge of assassination. That reminds me, Val got this fuzzy little cute easter bird on a stick today. It looks SO much like a chocobo, we decided it is. Eric and Val and I discussed names and went with D.O.A. Tee hee.
