My life is complete!

Today was a very good day. Post-work today, anyways. For the following reasons:

* I got a sweet new optical mouse to replace the one that squeaks.

* I picked up the Escaflowne DVD on reserve for me at the library.

* I downloaded the second Inuyasha movie and became sarcasticval's object of worship.

* I got the new Guster CD with gift certificates.

* Josh loaned my .hack//Mutation. Okay, technically that was yesterday, but I can PLAY it today.

* I finished editing my fic page and Anna fixed the CSS that I inadvertantly hosed and now it's all prettified.

And the best reason?

* Josh and I went to World Market, where they have cool imported candy. Such as Swiss chocolate, Aussie licorice, and CRUNCHIE BARS. Yes, the succulent little bits of heaven that my friend Leanne sends me once or twice a year can be found near my home. Truly, this is cause for joy. All must celebrate!

Your library carries ANIME?! Geez, if I tried to introduce Escaflowne or any other anime here, I'd probably be drawn and quartered.

Columbus is a big city, so they're more liberal in the stock. They don't have TONS of anime, but they do have it, and some manga. I saw a big stack of GTO and Marmalade Boy in the return stack. The library I go to is one of the smaller ones, but I often use the reserve system to request materials from the larger branches. It's neat.
