Lots of people.
Lots of people having fun.
The organization of the three video rooms generally flowing very well.
Lots and lots and LOTS of raffle profits. *pauses to do the treasurer money wench's dance of joy*

All in all...I'd say the first annual Animarathon is a raging success.

And we've got five hours to go.
