Laguna and Squall are males, right?
Then how does this fit in with the Oedipus complex? Wasn't that about an intimate relationship between mother and son? O.o

Oh, it's explained late in the story. I think the gist of it was that since Squall is gay, it's like a hetero son lusting after his mother. It's a bad, bad fic. It makes the baby Jesus cry.
