I've just returned from seeing LOTR with Josh...
...It rocked.
No spoilers, but I was a LOTR virgin. I've read The Hobbit, but not the other books. I loved this movie. They did a really kickass job. The storytelling was wonderful. The visuals were breathtaking. The first thing I said to Josh was "Can we see the next one tomorrow?" If only...
Oh yeah, and shortly after they introduced Legalos (sp?) the lady beside me kind of went "Mmmm" and then "Oh, sorry!" when she saw me looking. Me: "No, I agree!" He is one fine, fine pretty elf man.
And my parents rock. They actually bought the mint chocolate chip ice cream I put on the list--as well as everything else, I think. How nice of them to restock the house for me. Mmm, mint...
