RPG Survey
1. Your Name: Jaina/Angie
2. What would your name be if you were an RPG character? Ania
3. Favorite RPG? Final Fantasy VIII, Chrono Trigger
4. Favorite RPG Character? In no particular order...Laguna Loire, Squall Leonhart, Cid & Edea Kramer, Princess Nadia, Robo, Kid, Ruby, and Sydney Losstarot if only for the hip-hugger pants.
5. Japanese or American RPGs? Whatever is fun
6. Does it annoy you when the main female character is the stereotypical healer? HELL YES
7. The Final Fantasy Series- RPG God, or Highly Overrated? Extremely good series that can be overrated at times and as such still has a few avoidable flaws
8. Final Fantasy 8- Refreshing change, or unforgivable mistake? Refreshing change. I love deep character stuff.
9. Magic or Fighting? Both
10. Why does the main guy always carry a huge sword? Phallic symbol
11. What number of party members form the ideal party? 4 or 3 if it's Chrono Cross
12. Guns- Cool or pointless? Depends on the atmosphere of the game...a lot of times pointless
13. What weapon would YOU equip? Bo or, if Saturn lends me hers, a glaive
14. Is poison really that bad of a status effect? Only if it works quickly
15. Fire or Ice? Lightning
16. Long summons or short summons? Long and optional
17. 2-D or 3-D? 3-D
18. Claude or Rena? Laguna.
19. Is Magus really worth getting? Fuck YAH
20. Chrono Cross- Decent sequel, or crude mockery? Decent sequel
21. Favorite RPG Main Character? Um...if we're only looking at main characters, I guess Squall.
22. What's your opinion on the undead? Silly.
23. Could you tell Aeris was going to die before the end of disc 1? Yes. I cheered.
24. Are female lead characters acceptable? Not only yes but HELL YEAH
25. Do you usually find the "secret" characters in RPGs? With help
26. Ever made your own RPG storyline? Hasn't everyone?
27. Have you ever played a fan-translated or imported RPG? No
28. What do you think of RPGs based off of popular anime series? Anything's cool if it's well done
29. Which is better, being able to see your foes before you fight them, or random encounters? Random encounters are so fr
30. Do you own any RPG soundtracks? Several
31. Was Super Mario RPG a little too much? Only have a SNES, haven't played it
32: Pokemon- Your opinion? *sharpens skinning knives* It would be ebtter if it wasn't so over-marketed. I mean, the basic idea of collecting little creatures to kick ass for you is pretty cool.

34. What character class would you be? My heart says fighter, my head says mage.
