Okay, you know what, people who called me in the middle of the day?

A good way to get me to buy an extended factory warranty on my car is to NOT act all offended when I ask for some written material and inform you I'm not committing to anything during this unexpected phone call, and then ask if I am calling them liars. That is when I hang up.

I used to get these calls once a week on my WORK cell of all things. They were always from a different number. Never mind that my truck is so old that it hasn't had a warranty in years. >:(

These people were calling my cell phone. My stupid prepaid cell phone, which costs me a dollar a day for just one phone call, outgoing or incoming. And then they kept disconnecting me every time I tried to talk to a live person.

OMFG!!! I've been getting the same calls, too, but was smart enough to never answer. I told my dad about it recently, and he said that it's all a sham. So annoying...

We don't have scams like those here (as in with calls). It prolly costs too much, so they stick to text scams.

I ignore all those calls unless they sound really serious. You never know, they are people out there that have way too much time on their hands.
