Sigh

Well, The Cupcake has finished baking for now. We'll add more as we go, but all the core stuff that needed done is done. I'm rather proud of the way it looks. It's the first one I've done entirely by hand...or frm scratch, if we're continuing with the metaphors.

Becky had another panic attack tonight, a pretty bad one. She didn't eat much and forgot to take her pill and...I hate it. She's not a burden, I'm glad if I can do anything to make her feel better, but I hate watching her in so much pain. She shakes and cries and chokes back screams and throws up and sobs and there's nothiign I can do to make it stop, to make her feel normal again. It's not fair that she has to go through this, especially when she doesn't know why. Her dad, who I really like, came and got her and I went to Val's room and cried a little and she made me feel better. We've got a real chain reaction going here...it just sucks and it's awful and I wish I could make it go away for her but I can't and I just feel so helpless.

Feeling a little better now. I think I'll sleep so I'm not useless in the morning.

speaking from someone who has them...no, there really isn't much you can do for your friend in terms of making them go away although, I can tell you that it's embarrassing to have one in front of other people...when she comes back to school if you and your friends were just nice and reassuring and not making a big deal out of it she would appreciate it, I'm sure. That's probably the biggest thing you could do for her...that, and of course always being available if she wants to talk and stuff like that
