I may have to rethink this

The whole "Eat healthy, yay!" salad-and-yogurt lunch thing is not going to work so well if I'm hungry two hours after lunch.

McDonald's has some terrific new salad choices - check their website and see how yours measured up in total calories.

What I've found is if I skimp on lunch, I pay later. Small breakfast, reasonable lunch (I cheat, I use a lot of Smart Ones frozen lunches) and a yogurt snack about 2:30 in the afternoon, then something reasonable for dinner.

Keep the daily total under 1400 or so - and I'm chugging right along, about 2 - 2.5 lbs. a week lost.
